horvy set to join Immortals

The North American organisation has already agreed personal terms with the player, with the move now pending the payment of the transfer fee to k1ck.

João "⁠horvy⁠" Horvath announced last week that he was no longer part of k1ck's active lineup after playing under the Portuguese organisation for over six months.

This is the second time that horvy finds himself courted by Immortals. Back in May, he came close to signing for the North American organisation, but, in the end, his visa application process took longer than expected and the team picked up Vito "⁠kNgV-⁠" Giuseppe, with whom they would finish in second place at PGL Major Krakow.

It has not yet been determined whether Immortals plan to replace one of their core members. The 18-year-old, who has even played practice matches with the team from Portugal in the past, may only be recruited as a substitute for now to give him enough time to nurture his talent before he can earn a starting role.

HLTV.org knows that horvy is currently waiting for visa clearance to be able to travel to the United States and join up with the rest of the team. In May, his application was rejected, but he is confident that he will be granted a visa this time around.
