Mortal Kombat have disbanded after the team had been unable to find the right playstyle and improve following changes.

Having been released by Imperial and losing one of the core members, Kamen "⁠bubble⁠" Kostadinov, to ex-Outlaws, MK have had their fair share of troubles throughout the past month.

The Bulgarians tried out 18-year-old Branislav "⁠BrN⁠" Panov as a replacement for bubble, but the team continued to struggle internally, resulting in early exits at various online tournaments, including the NGC Masters and Hellcase Cup 6.

v1c7oR and dream3r are hoping to stick together after the disbandment of MK

As they had been unable to find the right playstyle, MK decided to go their separate ways. According to a statement from Viktor "⁠v1c7oR⁠" Dyankov, he and Simeon "⁠dream3r⁠" Ganev will attempt to stick together in the future.

The remaining trio will finish ESEA Premier Season 26 as well as the Esports Balkan League with a mix-team while searching for other opportunities.

"In the last few months, while bubble was still in the squad, we tried to make the right choices and find the perfect playstyle that fits us. Unfortunately, it didn't work out great, which caused the departure of bubble." v1c7oR told HLTV.org.

"We decided to give it another shot with our trial BrN, but bad stuff happened lately, we didn't listen to each other, so a bad mood and nerves started getting to us. We lost the last events the same way like before, and at last, me and dream3r decided to stop trying it out this way."

"We would like to wish the best of luck to spyleadeR, sHEMETA, and BrN, we wish them to achieve great things with their new rosters. Me and dream3r will try to stick together in the future. You can reach us via [email protected]"

V1ctor is somewhat destroying his career/opportunities by trying to stick with a VAC banned player that surprisingly enough no team would want in their roster as they would not be able to play even on minor qual's and could potentially give a bad name to the org.
