CBE 2018 with $15,000 prize pool

In addition to the main tournament's prize fund, the CBE organisers will have 45,000 DKK ($7,165~) on offer in online and offline qualifiers, which will be split into national qualifers for Danish sides and regional qualifiers for teams from all over Europe.

Just like this year, CBE will host a female clash with 25,000 DKK ($4,000) on offer. The two teams will be determined by online qualifiers and will also earn direct entry into in the main tournament. 

CBE will return in September, with $15,000 on offer

CBE 2018 will run from September 3-9 in Sønderborg, in southern Denmark. More information about the online qualifiers and the tournament structure will be revealed on March 1.

The prize distribution for the event is the following:

1. 60,000 DKK ($9,560)
2. 20,000 DKK ($3,185)
3-4. 7,500 DKK ($1,195)

eXtatus came out on top of CBE 2017 after beating Tricked 2-0 in the grand final, securing the grand prize of over $9,000 in this 24-team tournament, which also featured the likes of Sharks, AGO and ARES.
