Renegades outplay EnVyUs at Major Qualifier

The match on Cache was between Envy and Renegades who both lost their first matches at the ELEAGE Major 2018 Main Qualifier. Vincent "⁠Happy⁠" Schopenhauer & company started on the CT-side and picked up the first two rounds of the game.

Renegades responded with an early weapon buy in the third round, making it 2-1. Justin "⁠jks⁠" Savage's team didn't let the CT-sided Envy win consecutive rounds and kept their economy in a dire state. Thus, Renegades won the first half 10-5.

Nifty was the star on Cache

Renegades used a 5vs5 A-site retake tactic in the second half pistol round but Envy won the post plant to get their sixth round. Renegades bought only pistols in the following round but managed to win it (11-6). Renegades closed out the game 16-6 and got their first win at the Main Qualifier.
