AVANGAR see off FlipSid3 in CIS derby

AVANGAR have sent FlipSid3 Tactics packing at the ELEAGUE Major Boston Major Qualifier following a comprehensive 16-7 victory on Train.

The CIS clash began with AVANGAR getting off to a blazing fast start. They took the first seven rounds of the game after giving FlipSid3 very little room to operate, putting the Terrorists in danger of getting blown out.

FlipSid3's offense then came to life as they picked up four rounds in a row, but AVANGAR went on another great round spree and closed out the half with a commanding 11-4 lead, with Dzhami "⁠Jame⁠" Ali pulling off a 1v2 clutch in the final round.

AVANGAR live to fight another round in Atlanta

The match entered a bit of a scrappy period in the second half as rounds went back and forth, but then AVANGAR took control of proceedings, hitting match point off of a triple-kill from Timur "⁠buster⁠" Tulepov. FlipSid3 still tried to get back in the game, but the Kazakhstani would quickly wrap things up on a very weak buy.
