DreamHack Masters Marseille groups revealed

DreamHack has revealed the groups for its next event which is set to take place in France just over a week from now.

The groups for the $250,000 event which will take place in Southern France on April 18-22 at the Dôme de Marseille, with four groups of four teams fighting to be crowned DreamHack Masters champions, have been made public by the organiser.

The stage is set for the next DreamHack Masters

DreamHack Masters Marseille will be a stacked tournament with a roster featuring many of the best teams in the world, including FaZe, MOUZ, and fnatic among others. Group A will also feature a French derby between G2 and Envy on home soil. The full team list is as follows:

still the easiest group lul, group A is the most stacked and nV's online results don't mean it will be that way on LAN. They're known to have close games with G2 especially on LAN. B has mouz and SK and NiP, D is the second most stacked.

my predictions for this tournament based on team form/capacity on LAN and not based on stupid online games that dont matter: Group A: Cloud9/G2 I know ppl will say i hate Faze because im br but i just think theyre struggling and Xizt arrival just killed them Group B: Mouz/ SK I dont think SK will be good with stewie but this group is pretty easy and NIP arent a big threat at all Group C fnatic and renegades NAVI is just s1mple playing fpl, bad leader and no real cohesion, it worked well for them when s1mple was at his peak but i can clearly see them not making it out of this kind of group RN, s1mple fan should hope NAVI do shit at the upcomming tournaments because he is clearly wasting his talent there and needs to quit this team ASAP, not sure if it really was his decision to stay but i wont enter into all that controvercy there , + renegades is in a pretty good shape and will surely upset some teams even tho they clearly wont do much in playoffs Group D: Liquid and SS I think SS will be on fire in this group stage, they will upset this group and surely burn in playoffs, Liquid will be in a good period thanks to the add of TACO, wont last long but theyll be fired up for this tournament and astralis are just onliners rn, they're killing teams on online games from their bootcamp but when it comes to LAN tournament they wont have that same confidence and cockyness in their approach of the game

I reckon SS will come through the group second but will go all the way to the final and it will be a Fnatic vs Space Soldiers Final, After that it's all down to the map picks and who's turning up.
