ViCi and Flash join forces to form new CS:GO roster

The CS:GO teams of ViCi Gaming and Flash Gaming have combined to create the new Chinese dream team known as VG.Flash, according to ViCi's announcement on Weibo.

The changes have been rumoured for a while following ViCi's disappointing 0-3 group exit at WESG World Finals last month and have been made official after SZ Absolute was confirmed as Flash's replacement for ESL Pro League Season 7 Asia-Pacific Finals.

The Chinese organization held a press conference today in Shanghai, China after successfully opening their new headquarters where their operations, training facilities and other perks for their esports teams will be based at.

The rumoured VG.Flash roster has been formed

During the conference, ViCi revealed that they are cooperating with Flash to form a new Chinese superteam, which was initially reported on DBLTAP.

Three members from ViCi and three other members from Flash have joined forces. The outcome of the roster means that notable Chinese players including Zhen "⁠HZ⁠" Huang, BingYuan "⁠tb⁠" Li, Bin "⁠Savage⁠" Liu, ZhiHong "⁠aumaN⁠" Liu and Zhe "⁠Ayeon⁠" Yang will not be a part of this new squad.

VG.Flash's roster consists of:

YuLun "⁠Summer⁠" Cai
YuanZhang "⁠Attacker⁠" Sheng
KunHua "⁠LOVEYY⁠" Bai
WeiJie "⁠zhokiNg⁠" Zhong
WingHei "⁠Freeman⁠" Cheung

Within such small circle, This lineup is the best, possibly. BTW: 5eplay.net is now holding Chinese version of FPL, 5EPL. Nevertheless there are only around 20-30 players during top time. This is the CNCSGO scene.

Given how they fucking throw every 2 games does it really matter? I mean sure it's a good lineup there, but are they really gonna try or will they just stomp a few games and then throw with juicy odds. Really sad that i have come to this mindset with chinese teams etc.

Not absulety sure on this, but i heard summer and attacker dont have a good relationship with savage. Other thing might be that savage wanted to play with tb, kinda seems like they are a package deal at this point.

afaik freeman is rifler, one of the best in the region at that. also this team lacks dedicated awper. fancy1 was doing awp during flash gaming days after kaze left but he is not dedicated one.

I've been waiting to see Zhoking and Attacker together, Zhoking is actually one of the best talents in China aim-wise. I don't know how Loveyy is able to stay on all of these top Chinese teams, he's not really been that amazing or spectacular, maybe he's got good charisma or something? Savage would have been better at least on paper, he's a little washed up at this point but he's a dedicated AWP that can be pretty good with it.
