mousesports invited to ESL One Cologne

mousesports have secured the final invite for ESL One Cologne, the event's organisers have announced.

The StarSeries Season 4 champions are the 11th side confirmed for the event and complete the lineup of invited teams, with the remaining participants due to be determined by online qualifiers.

MOUZ, who bowed out of last year's ESL One Cologne event in the Swiss stage following defeats to Ninjas in Pyjamas, Natus Vincere and Cloud9, are currently fighting for survival in the lower bracket stages at the ESL Pro League Season 7 Finals.

The remaining five spots at ESL One Cologne will go to the leading sides of the qualifiers that will be held in Europe, North America and Asia, and to the winner of the GG.BET Majestic tournament.

The team list for the event currently looks as follows:

ESL One Cologne will kick off on July 3 and culminate with a three-day live event at the LANXESS Arena, from July 6-8. The tournament will feature a $300,000 prize fund and will count towards the $1 million Intel Grand Slam prize.
