TyLoo qualify for DreamHack Masters Stockholm
TYLOO have sealed passage to DreamHack Masters Stockholm after coming out on top of the Chinese closed qualifier with a 2-1 victory over CyberZen.
The series began with TYLOO securing a quick 3-0 lead as CTs on their map pick, Mirage. CyberZen, who had beaten VG.Flash 2-0 in the consolidation final, responded with a four-round streak to take the lead, but then TYLOO regained control of proceedings and lost just two rounds before the end of the half.
CyberZen went on to take the lead, 10-9, but TYLOO put their foot down and went on a flawless run until the end of the game, with Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand leading the way with a 1.56 rating.
TYLOO carried that momentum into CyberZen's map pick, Inferno, and strung together the initial five rounds as CTs. But that did not stop CyberZen, who finally picked up the pace and came out on top of the half, even if by the slightest of margins.

In the second half, CyberZen further added to their lead after prevailing in the pistol and the subsequent anti-eco. TYLOO then picked up a four-round winning streak to go up 11-10, CyberZen, with BingYuan "tb" Li topping the scoreboard with 28 kills, remained calm and collected to win the map, 16-13, and take the series to Dust2.
The decider map started with TYLOO winning their third pistol of the series. After building up their economy, CyberZen three of the next four rounds, but Ke "captainMo" Liu's side kept their defence very tight and took a 10-5 lead.
CyberZen came from the break a much livelier side and managed to take the game to overtime after overcoming an 8-13 deficit, with veteran Zhen "HZ" Huang proving to be a nuisance to TYLOO, who would, however, still come out victorious to book their spot in Stockholm.
