FACEIT Major stickers released

Valve has released a new update for CS:GO that includes stickers and the Pick'Em challenge for the FACEIT Major in London.

Valve has released the highly anticipated team stickers, autographs, and graffiti to be available for purchase in-game or with the 50-piece Mega Bundle in the steam store. Half of the sticker proceeds will go to the players and organizations taking part in the FACEIT Major, with the New Challengers stage beginning September 5th.

The Pick'Em challenge also returns in the update in which you can play in-game using the respective stickers representing the 24 teams competing in the Major, which will feature the Buchholz System.

Apart from the tournament items, Valve has also revealed that they will, for the first time, make the game "freely available for offline play and GOTV viewing" by visiting the steam store and installing “CS:GO – Free” - even if you don't own CS:GO in steam - along with minor fixes to the Panorama UI and Mirage.

– CS:GO has bid farewell to the Scaleform UI. “-legacyscaleformui” is no longer supported.
– Updated the Settings menu to display the Steam Controller Configurator if a Steam Controller is detected.
– Added a new recommended Steam Controller config to better support the Buy menu and Team Select menu.
– Miscellaneous stability and security improvements.
