BLAST Pro Series Istanbul schedule released

RFRSH Entertainment has released the schedule for the upcoming BLAST Pro Series event in Istanbul.

Taking place on September 28-29 at the Ülker Sports Arena, the second BLAST Pro Series event will feature six top teams, who will square off for the lion's share of a $250,000 prize pool.

Just like at last year's Copenhagen event, BLAST Pro Series Istanbul will begin with a best-of-one round-robin stage, with the top two sides progressing to the best-of-three grand final.

MIBR will face Cloud9 in the opening round

The teams ranked third and fourth will lock horns in the BLAST Stand-off, a series of 1v1 aim duels, to determine who takes home the third prize of $25,000.

Worst category is 50tl and nowadays tickets are 50% off so now 25 tl. But since they sold out now worst category available is 90tl with the 50% sale it's 45tl which is like 2 meals from burger king.

Same prices first category is 160tl and the rest is below and thats good actually. 1 TL = 7.3 EURO = 6.6 dollars if im not mistaken. Not that expensive

Nevermind currency , assume that it's 160 dollars , because that is how it comes to them , Turkish people earns about 2k tl at average , so 160 tl isn't that cheap

Since dolar spiked and it's been staying at 6 dolar/lira, they raised every single thing's price excessively. For example a liter of whole milk was 2.75-3.25 and now it's 4.5-5.5 lira

as far as i know, woxic and calyx were on a team together and promised each other not to leave the team for ss and instead try to build up the team they were on. so woxic kept his word and declined the ss offer when they asked, but calyx stabbed him in the back and immediately said yes when they asked him. at least that's the rumor.

Great idea to have something fun to watch for 3rd place, I am a big fan of the "Blast Stand-off" idea, I hope it works well. It could be good to bring in fans and fun for players and fans.

+1 i really like the format in general, it's just something new. BLAST Copenhagen was super exciting last year

ya, I like the major and some big $$$ big deal events to have their long official formats, but not every mid level event has to be like that. Let the big ones be the big ones, and some of these mid level ones be simple and fun, with some extra things for the fans like the 1v1 duals for 3rd place. It doesn't prove who is the 3rd best team but who cares it isn't a major and it will be tons of fun for the fans...I only watch games live but if I miss them I check score on HLTV and rarely rewatch unless it was like the major final 3rd map OT game but I will for sure watch the 1v1 battles replay just bcuz it's awesome we talk about who would win 1v1 all the time and we seldom get to see it

I'm all for experimenting with formats, but three matches going on at the same time made me blink at my monitor for a few seconds. Two day formats with six teams, kinda think you have to seed it like a playoff bracket already (Adrenaline Cyber League had it, iirc)
