StarSeries i-League Season 6ENCE, mousesports go 2-0 in Kiev
ENCE have defeated Imperial on Train, 16-12, while MOUZ have crushed CyberZen on Nuke, 16-1, to secure their second victory at StarSeries i-League Season 6.
ENCE started off their clash on Train with a successful CT pistol the and subsequent anti-eco, but Imperial had money to work with as they had been able to plant the bomb in both of those rounds. The Finnish side still made it 3-0 before Imperial were able to get through the defence with a double and a triple-kill from Eimantas "pounh" Lazickas and Rokas "EspiranTo" Milasauskas, respectively, with the Lithuanians restoring parity fairly easily after that.
Jere "sergej" Salo helped his team to win the next round with a triple-kill while holding B, but Imperial immediately broke their opponents' economy with doubles from Ali "hAdji" Haïnouss and Nemanja "nexa" Isaković. After building up their economy, ENCE nearly equalized the score, but the 22-year-old Frenchman clutched a 1v2 post-plant situation for his team, inspiring Imperial to make it 7-5. Still, ENCE strung together the final three rounds of the half to switch sides with a narrow lead.
The Finns won the second pistol, which they followed up with the anti-ecos to hit 11 rounds. Imperial then picked up a near-flawless gun round and shut down any chances of ENCE stringing rounds together, the Finnish side remained calm and collected, and finally strung two rounds together put the game to bed at 16-12.

On Nuke, MOUZ got off to a flying start against CyberZen, winning six rounds in a row without response as CTs. That forced the Chinese team to call a tactical pause, but they could not stop the ESL One New York champions, who cruised to a 14-0 lead before Lifan "Viva" Ran pulled one back for his team with a 1v2 post-plant clutch. After switching sides, MOUZ remained in control and quickly wrapped things up to enter the 2-0 pool of teams.
