ESL One Cologne 2019 announced
ESL have revealed that Cologne will once again host an ESL One event from July 2-7 next year.
The event, which boasts a $300,000 dollar prize pool, will be the sixth consecutive edition of ESL One Cologne in the city that's famously known as the "Cathedral of Counter-Strike".
Natus Vincere are the current ESL One Cologne champions, as Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and co. took down the local heroes BIG 3-1 in the best-of-five grand final of this year's event, with the 21-year-old Ukranian claiming the MVP on the back of a massive 1.37 rating throughout the tournament.

Like the previous iterations of the event, ESL One Cologne 2019 will feature 16 teams comprised of twelve invitees and four regional qualifier winners. The European qualifiers will grant two teams access to the tournament, with Asia and North America receiving one slot each.
