EU Minor closed qualifier first matchups announced

ESL have announced the first matchups of the upcoming Europe Minor closed qualifier.

The tournament will be played in a double-elimination, best-of-three format, from which the top eight sides will advance to the Europe Minor.

Eight teams were invited to the closed qualifier, with the other half coming from four open qualifiers over the course of the last month.

mousesports will go up against x-kom in the first round of the upper bracket

The qualifier is set to be played on December 12-13, with the first-round matchups and the bracket looking as follows:

MOUZ vs. x-kom
Virtus.pro vs. Vitality
LDLC vs. Valiance
Windigo vs. ENCE
OpTic vs. MIKSTURA
Fragsters vs. HEROIC
Kinguin vs. ex-Space Soldiers
Sprout vs. North
