Imperial beat Sharks to secure WESG World Finals spot

Imperial have clinched a spot at the WESG World Finals after beating Sharks in the grand final of WESG Brazil.

The two teams had already met once in the first qualifier, with Sharks taking the victory to secure the first spot at the Brazilian finals, while Imperial managed to advance via the second over teams such as INTZ and TeamOne.

Imperial and Sharks then met again in the finals of the Brazilian qualifier, and, this time, Caio "⁠zqkS⁠" Fonseca & co. prevailed after a convincing affair, winning Dust2 16-4 and Mirage 16-11.

SHOOWTiME & co. surprised Brazilian competition to make it to the WESG World Finals

Half of the spots have now been determined, with 16 more set to be determined via direct invites and various qualifiers in Europe, Asia, and South Africa.
