Envy add s0m, ANDROID, FugLy

Sam "⁠s0m⁠" Oh, Bradley "⁠ANDROID⁠" Fodor, and Jacob "⁠FugLy⁠" Medina have officially joined Envy's roster as the team parted company with two players.

Taylor "⁠Drone⁠" Johnson and Stephen "⁠reltuC⁠" Cutler weren't a part of Envy's lineup in the DreamHack Masters Dallas NA Open Qualifier and the duo has now been removed from the roster.

The North American team took part in the open qualifier with FugLy, s0m, and ANDROID in their lineup and have successfully made their way to the closed stage. On Friday, Envy has made the changes permanent to complete their roster revamp, having tried out Matt "⁠Pollo⁠" Wilson as a stand-in and Finn "⁠karrigan⁠" Andersen as a loanee in the last few months.

Fugly has completed his move to Envy

Before signing with Envy, ANDROID and FugLy have been warming the benches in Complexity and NRG, respectively, while s0m has been inactive since helping Swole Patrol qualify for IEM Sydney before the majority of their roster got picked up by eUnited.

Why the S0m hate? He's really young so it's not a bad idea for an org like Envy which is starting a new project to bet on a promising young kid. He might be overrated, yeah, but there's nothing wrong in picking him up. It's not like Envy is contending for a Major title any time soon.

thing is they cant get someone like tarik without buying entire roster because why would he join this team? slowly upgrading is way cheaper and they will probably keep EPL spot with this team for next season. if they have success maybe theyll start attracting better talent

I'm not knocking a slow improvement, I think this is a good move. And obviously they can't get Tarik or anyone of that caliber. My second sentence was just to clarify that I'm not one of the autistic fanboys hyping this team up.
