Nexus reveal new lineup featuring cosmeeeN

The Romanian organization Nexus has announced their 2019 lineup, bolstering their ranks with a returnee to the local scene Cosmin-Mihai "⁠cosmeeeN⁠" Butuc.

Alongside cosmeeeN, Cristian "⁠sXe⁠" Niță also made his return to the roster, as the duo replaced Iulian "⁠iGm⁠" Hagau and Mihai "⁠iM⁠" Ivan. Nexus's current five also features Adrian "⁠XELLOW⁠" Guță, Valentin "⁠SEMINTE⁠" Bodea, and Cătălin-Ionuț "⁠BTN⁠" Stănescu, with the squad penning six-month contracts.

XELLOW and co. welcome back cosmeeeN, who played for Nexus in 2017

Nexus decided to "invest almost every single resource" that they have for this year in the CS:GO roster, with adding cosmeeeN, who was a hot prospect before hitting a rough stride in Epsilon last year, a result of that.

The 19-year-old player gave the following statement to HLTV.org:

"Being benched in Epsilon after 8-9 months of playing with them didn't really hurt my morale, they made a new team I understood the decision and I moved on. I was contacted by Nexus a couple of days ago and it was a huge morale boost for me because I am now fully motivated to overcome my old form and to show everyone what I am personally capable of, and what the team is capable of." - cosmeeeN

well it's true xellow and cosmeeen are going to be the star players but,sxe is the best support/anchor player in romania,seminte is a good rifler and btn is like the only decent igl + he has been in nexus for a long time,so he would be in nexus untill he retires probably.
