ESL to introduce Vertigo in map pool post-IEM Sydney
The tournament organizer behind IEM, ESL One, and ESL Pro League announced that they will be keeping the current map pool for another month and a half, with Vertigo to be introduced on May 13.
Cache will, therefore, be in the rotation at the first group stage of ESL Pro League, which is set to start on April 12, as well as IEM Sydney, scheduled for April 30 - May 5.
With the end of the ESL Pro League season being on May 23 and Vertigo coming in on May 13, it seems that the second group stage of ESL Pro League—where second and third-placed teams from the first stage will be battling for a spot at the Finals—, will be the first ESL tournament to use the new map.

Meanwhile, DreamHack has announced that their Open stop in Rio on April 19-21 will mark the start of Vertigo being in the map pool, while BLAST Pro Series will add it starting from the tournament in Madrid, scheduled for May 10-11.
Vertigo had its competitive debut online in the LOOT.BET Season 2, with Nordavind beating AGO on it convincingly, and other online leagues already adding it to their map pool as well.
