x-kom bench Goofy and jedqr

x-kom have benched two of their players, Krzysztof "⁠Goofy⁠" Górski and Grzegorz "⁠jedqr⁠" Jędras, as they seek to add experience to the roster.

Two players have been benched by x-kom as the organization looks for more experienced players to join the roster. One of the two players benched is Goofy, who was on the team while still in VenatoreS. He helped x-kom make it into the V4 Festival in Budapest last year, and was on the roster when the team won Good Game League 2018.

Goofy has been moved to the bench

The other benched player is jedqr. The 20-year-old was one of the least experienced players on the roster, as he had his first stint on a professional team when he joined the squad late last year.

"We created a long-term project in which we focus on the development of players. We provided psychological support, improvement of their gear, unlimited bootcamp and training possibilities. Yet, there was still a growing frustration within us, since the results are not where we wished. We realized that if we really want to meet our expectations, staff changes will be needed, hence the decision to remove Goofy and jedqr from the main roster of the team for an indefinite period.”

HLTV.org has learned that Paweł "⁠innocent⁠" Mocek and Paweł "⁠reatz⁠" Jańczak, two players linked to x-kom by rumors, will play LOOT.BET Season 2 with the team starting on Thursday in their match against Virtus.pro.

The current x-kom roster is therefore:

+1, they think that "adding experience" will do the best, but taking out young promising players doesn't look like a good idea.

This, goofy has potential and I was hoping to see him pop off. He isn't terrible, but I honestly can't see why these teams keep fucking killing off promising new blood and then wondering why no one in their scene is progressing. It blows my mind.

What a shame. I was honestly hoping x-kom was going to breakout, they were a fun squad to watch with the OG lineup and especially petitek (I think his name was). They looked promising for their first few games but not sure what changed for the worse obviously.
