cs_summit 4 announced; Liquid, ENCE & more in attendance

The fourth edition of cs_summit will run from May 23-26, with numerous top-10 sides including Liquid and ENCE in attendance, the organizers have announced.

Unlike the previous three editions, which all featured eight teams, the fourth cs_summit will only have six teams in attendance, including two current top-five sides Liquid and ENCE.

The rest of the team list features two more top-10 teams, Renegades and Vitality, as well as two North American representatives; NRG (ranked 11th at the moment) and Ghost (#17).

As cs_summit 2 champions, Liquid return to the scene of their first title run

Although the format is yet to be announced, given the number of participants it is expected to differ from the previous iterations, which were played in a double-elimination, best-of-three bracket.

cs_summit 4 will run from May 23-26, with the following six set to battle it out for $150,000:

to be honest when watching summit I don't really care who wins or participates (maybe cause faze will never attend) as it's such a relaxing and fun tournament. It's a shame it's so underrated as kids can't take a break from the usual and appreciate the gags and banter it delivers

That's why I always look forward to this and Fragadelphia. Both pay homage to the routes of how these games got big. It might be harder to see it with summit, but it's kind of an indirect appreciation of what the game has done, so put it back to a more simple environment like a home lan. And Fragadelphia is all about appreciating the routes of competitive lans where people come to a local area with their equipment, bring your team, trash talk others, and also have some fun with it in a way.
