ENCE invited to BLAST Pro Series Madrid

The Finnish team has become the fifth side to be invited to the $250,000 Spanish event.

Jere "⁠sergej⁠" Salo and company join Astralis, Natus Vincere, Cloud9, and Ninjas in Pyjamas in the team list which will be rounded out by the winner of the Iberian Play-in final between Movistar Riders and Giants.

ENCE, who are currently the No. 5 team in the World Ranking, will kick off their busy schedule in May in Madrid before traveling to the United States for cs_summit 4 and DreamHack Masters Dallas.

ENCE will return to action in Spain

BLAST Pro Series Madrid will take place on May 10-11, with $250,000 on offer. The event will have round-robin format in the group stage, culminating with a grand final between the top two sides.

Plus a 3-0 win in the EPL Group Stage, all the time looking fairly dominant and with all the players stepping up, as well as showing NiKo is able to call on more maps. I think those are the only conditions for FaZe doing well again

Just Gonna Make a BLAST Madrid Prediction RN: Astralis go 5-0 unless they let Overpass through against NaVi or NaVi shows up. Honestly don't think ENCE can take a map off Astralis (assuming the danes show up this time) Whoever wins the NaVi/Ence game will face Astralis in the finals. Astralis wins the GF unless again, NaVi shows up big time (if ENCE makes the final they will almost certainly lose it, its not that i don't think ENCE is good, just that their system is essentially a weaker version of Astralis' and Astralis have much better players overall.) Only real issue would be if NaVi beats Astralis but loses to ENCE as this would most likely result in a 3-way tie (assuming cloud9,nip, lib spot don't upset the big 3 at this tournament). This would unfortunately come down to round-difference which would most likely favour Astralis and the other team getting through would be a coin flip as to which of NaVi/ENCE does best against eachother/other teams.

they should invite either faze, liquid,mibr since they are on the circuit (all circuit teams play 5 blasts) and 4 out of the 7 teams will play in the finals. But these 3 teams skipped this blast so a non circuit team is invited. However ence will only play for the money/prestige but since they aren't on the circuit they wont get points and will take points away from circuit teams based on their placing. So in this case i am glad ENCE is here so the worse team in the circuit NIP/C9 wont get alot of points for free. Since there is already some iberian shit team invited.
