GamerLegion invited to Moche XL Esports

GamerLegion have accepted an invitation to compete at Moche XL Esports 2019, the event's organisers have announced.

Kévin "⁠Ex6TenZ⁠" Droolans' troops are the first team confirmed for the Portuguese event, which will be held at Altice Arena, in Lisbon, from June 15-16, with $75,000 on the line.

This will be the third LAN event for the European mixture, currently ranked 38th in the world. Previously, GamerLegion attended the United Masters League Finals and Charleroi Esports, placing third and fifth-sixth, respectively.

GamerLegion will attend Moche XL Esports next month

In the Portuguese capital, GamerLegion will be looking to continue their hot streak of form, which saw them win the LOOT.BET Season 2 after beating Windigo 2-0 in the final.

GamerLegion will be joined at this six-team tournament by four other invitees and by the winner of the Worten Game Ring Master League, a Portuguese league featuring some of the best teams in the country.

Iberian qualifier ? Beg your pardon ? Giants is a Spanish org, competing in Spain. They were invited due to the fact they were among the 2nd of 5th in current season lvp, movistars was first so was automatically qualified for the final (funny how conveniently used this year first half of the season results when they could've used last season final standings, in wich case Giants wouldn't have to fight for the final spot). Giants wouldn't have a spot if they could deny it to them, stop being an hypocrite.

You are comparing a team that has no ties to Spain except the org with a team that plays for a Spanish org, in Spanish leagues, playing from Spain, physically speaking, they travel every week to Spain to play from there, only that way they are allowed to play lvp. They are as entitled to play Spanish qualifiers as MiBR is entitled to play North America qualifiers and leagues, they play from there !
