Virtus.pro receive final Moche XL Esports invite

Virtus.pro are the final invite to Moche XL Esports, the tournament organisers announced Friday.

The Polish side bring the team count to five as they join GamerLegion, Windigo, BIG and FURIA, who were all previously invited to the tournament.

The invite gives a much-needed boost for Virtus.pro, who have been deprived of regular LAN action. Their last international offline appearance came almost two months ago at Charleroi Esports, where they placed 7th-8th after losing to GamerLegion and G2.

Virtus.pro will attend Moche XL Esports next week

In the aftermath of the Belgian LAN, Virtus.pro lost veteran Paweł "⁠byali⁠" Bieliński and brought in former EURONICS member Michal "⁠OKOLICIOUZ⁠" Glowaty, who is now set to make his LAN debut for the team on an international level.

Moche XL Esports will be held at the Altice Arena, in Lisbon, on June 15-16, with $75,000 on the line. The five invitees will be joined by the winner of the Worten Game Ring Master in this tournament, competing in a single-elimination, best-of-three bracket in which the high seeds will secure direct entry into the semi-finals.

I think it has nothing to do with that but even if it does i understand it... lvp disqualified them 17 minutes after the match was supposed to be started and only stadodo was left to join the server. and you know why they were late? because first it was complimentary to play it on spain because of media day (not sure) and second because the lan house they booked in spain had no conditions to play on when they got there, they had to search for another one in a foreign country and lvp couldnt give them 20 mins... bet if it was any other spanish team it would all be allright

Thats not the subject anyways, I think we all know LVP has stupid rules but spanish teams also suffer them. Also, its not about spanish orgs/people anyways which was my argument, in fact I think 90%+ of spanish audience want foreign teams playing in LVP to raise the national level.

No dude, LVP basically disqualified a portuguese team from the playoffs for them being 17 seconds late on the server. The main problem was that this tournament was played in some facilities in Spain and the computers and internet weren’t working

I don't understand why you complain so much about that when Portugal teams are always welcome to every spanish league, qualifier and tournament but spanish teams can't play portuguese league, MocheXL and the IESF qualifier months ago (only portuguese qualifier). This is clearly one way and I think it will change at some point.

Good comment :-) It would be good for Riders to play Moche but it's truth that invite is not the best thing in this case considering Giants and Offset won de spot playing the league (more work there). The best thing is always to give the chance to win the spot. Riders got invite for good online event next weeks and if we are both a bit lucky and win some games (Giants and Riders) maybe we can reach the top30. Let's support them for that. One more thing, Giants played amazing in Blast, just do it like there ^^! Good luck.
