Good Game League playoff bracket set

The group stage of the Good Game League has come to an end, with four teams remaining alive going into the playoffs.

The first of two days of play at the Stadion Miejski in Poznan started out with G2 and Tricked taking the first seeds into the semi-finals, as the French team beat Winstrike and Epsilon to top Group B while the Danes took on Aristocracy and GamerLegion to finish first in Group A.

HellRaisers then knocked out one of the two local teams in attendance, Aristocracy, in a three map series in the Group A elimination match, while the Group B elimination match pitted Winstrike against the other local team in attendance, Virtus.pro. This time, it was the Poles who came out on top, with Michał "⁠MICHU⁠" Müller and Michał "⁠snatchie⁠" Rudzki shining in the three-map series.

GamerLegion bounced back after their 14-16 loss to Tricked, beating HellRaisers in two maps in the Group A decider match, 22-20 on Vertigo and 16-8 on HellRaisers' pick, Inferno, to clinch a spot in the playoffs, while the home team, Virtus.pro, booked a spot in the semis after defeating Epsilon in a two-map series on Nuke and Inferno which saw Janusz "⁠Snax⁠" Pogorzelski end with a series-high 1.40 rating.
