Endpoint announce new roster

Endpoint have announced their return to CS:GO with a new five-man roster, one month after the disbandment of their last project.

Endpoint stepped away from the competitive scene at the end of June after their CS:GO lineup had "encountered a number of issues, ranging from visa issues to individual conflicts", as stated on the organisation's Twitter.

The new lineup sees the return of a number of players who have competed for Endpoint in the past. Reece "⁠Puls3⁠" Marrs, James "⁠Kryptix⁠" Affleck, Tom "⁠jenko⁠" Jenkinson and Robin "⁠robiin⁠" Sjögren all make a reappearance for the organisation, with Russel "⁠Russ⁠" Mendes completing the five-man lineup. The squad is rounded out by former Endpoint player Ian "⁠Immi⁠" Harding, who returns as team coach.

Endpoint will be under the leadership of Swedish IGL robiin

Endpoint's new roster, which has already competed in online qualifiers, will play its first LAN event at Insomnia 65 in Birmingham, from August 23-26, where the squad will look to claim their first title.

Endpoint's roster is:

What exactly though? Robiin was banned from Valve events since early 2014, because of his VAC ban that had been achieved due to him having cheat engine in the background whilst playing CS:GO or something right that. Hence, he was playing only for the UK scene ever since. After he appealed numerous times to Valve, they did look into his case and unbanned him in 2018, yet as we can see, nothing changed for him since failed Ancient project (2019) with znajder and pronax.

Robiin was VAC banned mistakenly for having cheats installed on WarZ. Pretty much he couldn’t play in any top teams because of it, so he started playing in the UK Scene. He was unbanned last year but he’s still playing in the UK Scene. NVM someone beat me to it.

Hard to believe next month marks 6 years since they've had a CS roster. They WERE one of the most prominent orgs in 1.6, for a long time. Mangiacapra is a legendary 1.6 player who played for them most of his career and even came back after a 4-year hiatus to helm the short-lived CSGO iteration in 2013.
