Elmapuddy and ORDER part ways

ORDER has officially announced on Twitter that their coach Chris "Elmapuddy" Tebbit has parted ways with the organisation.

The 23-year-old is best known for his YouTube videos analyzing top professional plays in CS:GO, where he was eventually brought in to guide ORDER last September.

During his 11-month tenure with the Australian squad, the coach contributed to their qualification for ESL Pro League Season 8 Finals alongside a few domestic titles for Gfinity Elite Series Season 2, ESEA MDL Season 30 and ESL Australia & New Zealand Championship Season 8.

Elmapuddy leaves ORDER

The announcement of his departure takes place after the team fell to Chiefs in the online seeding match of ESL Australia & New Zealand Championship Season 9 yesterday, in which they have also qualified for the LAN Finals in September as the second seed.

ORDER currently consists of:

Australia Chris "emagine" Rowlands
Australia Alistair "aliStair" Johnston
Australia Joshua "INS" Potter
Australia Jordan "Hatz" Bajic
Australia Matthew "Valiance" Hartrick

Sign him to Grayhound. He might actually be able to provide them with some good strats that would give them the potential to be Come a solid top 20 team. I like Neil and I can see that he’s had a positive influence within the group but Elma would offer more.

You could have neil as a hype coach during games and then just have elmapuddy in an analyst role so he and neil can theorycraft together etc

Are you allowed to have 2 coaches? Or would they just have neil behind them in matches and elmapuddy at home/in between matches?

reading it now doesn't seem as obvious, but i remember reading it originally and it seemed pretty clear since the video was released like 4-5 days after the match was played. i would've ventured a guess it was released like right before/after they played a match and that prompted a joke response also just seems like a weird thing to say seriously to a coach over twitter. they obviously have each other on steam etc

He might do well as a team analyst or a team coach. But to have him as a desk analyst wouldn't do the production or him good. He needs time to analyse things, like PIMP. Live analysts have a different approach and a different role.
