CS:GO update brings Vertigo changes, Scrimmage maps
The 7/31/2019 CS:GO update adds unranked matchmaking on three "Scrimmage maps" — Ruby, Breach, and Seaside —, and sees various changes to Vertigo.
Three maps that are not in the competitive map pool but are available to be played in matchmaking: Breach, Ruby, and Seaside, can now be played with no restrictions to players in your party and the results of the game will not impact your rank, creating an unranked matchmaking mode for that map group.

More important for the competitive side of things, an "unintended boost position" on Overpass has been fixed, while Vertigo received many changes. The approach to the B site is now tighter, the elevator shaft has been removed, a ladder to mid added, and multiple new ways to throw utility towards sites have been opened.
The full patch notes for the 7/31/2019 patch are below:
[GAMEPLAY]
– Added Breach and Seaside to Defusal Group Sigma.
– Removed Workout from official matchmaking.
– Added “Scrimmage Maps” to official competitive matchmaking. Scrimmage maps include: Ruby, Breach, Seaside.
— When playing Scrimmage Maps in official competitive matchmaking: there are no restrictions on players in your party, your Skill Groups will not be adjusted after the match, your Competitive Wins counter will not be incremented upon winning the match. Abandoning the match after you ‘ACCEPT’ will result in a penalty.
[LINUX]
– Game server logs on Linux are now using a separate thread to write the data to filesystem which improves performance of the game server main thread.
[MISC]
– Fixed a regression which prevented cycling grenades with TAG grenade.
– Fixed a rare crash related to bump mines and breach charges.
– Mute spinner on in-game players can now be dragged all the way down to zero.
