dsn best at WCG Sweden

The Swedish qualifier for World Cyber Games concluded this past weekend, seeing fnatic and H2k Gaming qualify for the 2009 Grand Finals in Chengdu, China.

We now bring you the statistics from the event and this time around, it was not fnatic's Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund who topped the stats. Instead Harley "dsn" Örwall, with a 1.55 K/D ratio and +57 frag difference, claims the top spot. In second place we see Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström, who went out in the semifinal against H2k Gaming, but managed a 1.49 K/D ratio with a +35 frag difference. Third best player on the charts is the Begrip member Faruk "pita" Pita, who managed a 1.38 K/D ratio with a +33 frag difference.

The best AWP'er at the event was Begrip's Marcus "Delpan" Larsson, who was also awarded best AWP'er at KODE5 Denmark, earlier this year. Best pistol-round player at the event was Niklas "niko" Johansson, who in all his pistol-rounds, had an overall K/D ratio of 2.13. H2k Gaming tied up with fnatic on pistol-round top team, as both won 57.1% of their pistol-rounds at the event.

dsn got loads of eco-frags that event, probably that's why he finished 1st, but ye im not going to take away that he played a solid event overall anyway. :)

nice :P dsn also had this sickest 1on4 clutch @ e-stars against wemadefox in the final on dd2. Rly a underrated player imo, but he proves his worth even on the stats to, IMPRESSING.

not THAT underrated... maybe people thinks he is not as sick as before but he still is a freakin awp star. anyway, he has been proving for a few events that he still is an insane player, he did really good with fnatic's new line-up.

how can he be underrated and at the same time playing for fnatic? I thought in fnatic always had played great players not some shitters.

What I ment was that he maybe is underrated among the fraggers in the lineup, u know GeT_rIgHt, f0rest and gux gets a lot of good critics while cArn is an awesome caller and aimer. And I thought that dsn more seldom gets his share of the glory. Well now he proves his worth.

as much as I know, people who call players very good only because of their frag count are retards, they don't understand that any player has their own role that they are doing as good as they can.

he's one of the best awpers and overall players, especially with this lineup he seems to be at his best. because to be able to win so important clutches (vs. begrip@train for example), you gotta be in top shape... i think we want dsn's povs, aint that right xD
