New Challengers Stage day three match-ups settled

The match-ups for the third day of the StarLadder Major's New Challengers Stage have been decided, with three more teams standing on the brink of elimination.

Much to everyone's surprise, Vitality and FURIA, the No.2 and No.9 teams in the world, face the prospect of elimination even before the final Swiss round. The Brazilians will fight for their tournament lives against Syman, while the Frenchmen face a must-win clash against HellRaisers.

The last elimination encounter will see Complexity take on Grayhound in what could potentially turn out to be Erdenetsogt "⁠erkaSt⁠" Gantulga's farewell match for the Australians as he is set to leave the team after the Major.

FURIA will fight for survival against Syman

Over in the 2-1 pool, all eyes will be on the G2-FORZE clash. NRG, who have shown improvement in their form in their last two games, will go up against AVANGAR, whereas DreamEaters - one of the surprise packages of the tournament so far - will look to claim another scalp against CR4ZY, who just came off a heartbreaking loss to North.
