Na`Vi dispatch MIBR to enter New Legends Stage final round
Natus Vincere have extended their StarLadder Major life to the 2-2 pool following a 2-0 victory over MIBR in their elimination series.
The elimination series commenced on Mirage, where Natus Vincere kicked off to a productive early start, securing the initial pistol round followed by another two on the CT side. Upon securing rifles, MIBR were able to place themselves on the scoreboard, but lacked follow-through, as a 3k Connector hold from Denis "electroNic" Sharipov facilitated a furthering lead for his team.
Wilton "zews" Prado and company managed to land on their feet, producing three consecutive rounds, but Natus Vincere maintained their surplus by answering in equal measure. It was in the final three rounds that MIBR managed to soften the deficit by two, concluding their offense with a 5-10 score.

The second pistol round witnessed a Glock 3k for Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, which translated to a victory, but Natus Vincere were stopped in their tracks by Fernando "fer" Alvarenga and zews, who prevented the offense from planting in time, dispatching two members of Natus Vincere in the process. With both teams eager to secure map one, a back-and-forth ensued, which ultimately went in the way of the CIS collective at 16-11.
Next on the agenda was Inferno, where electroNic continued his outstanding form, securing a Glock 3k in the opening round. An upset off the back of force buy from MIBR followed, but Natus Vincere restabilised after this early turbulence, subsequently closing out five back-to-back rounds. Lucas "LUCAS1" Teles ensured the defence's second round of the map with an M4A4 triple kill, and inspired his team for a third, but the lack of consistent firepower on the defence translated to but an additional round and, as such, a worrisome 4-11 deficit.

A consecutive pistol round victory for Natus Vincere was effectively the final nail in the coffin of MIBR's Major run, as the CIS side went on to accrue an additional three victories to ensure map point. A last-ditch force buy from MIBR did not yield results, as the Brazilian squad was eliminated from the StarLadder Major by Natus Vincere in two consecutive maps, the latter with a lop-sided 16-4 scoreline.
