MIBR split wins with G2 on meyern debut as cs_summit 5 day one reaches end
MIBR's first outing with Ignacio "meyern" Meyer saw the team claim a win against G2 on Vertigo before falling in fast fashion on Train to bring the first day of cs_summit 5 to a close.
MIBR and G2 first began battle on Vertigo, where G2 initially pulled ahead with a three-round spree. Much of the remainder of the half went the way of MIBR, however, powered primarily by a stellar showing from Epitacio "TACO" de Melo as he helped his side to a 9-6 lead at halftime.

Another pistol win for G2 following the side swap was swiftly answered back by double kills from Fernando "fer" Alvarenga and TACO, giving the Brazilians the opportunity to seize control and eventually close the map 16-11.

MIBR's outlook quickly took a grim turn as their own pick of Train got underway, seeing G2 continue to lay waste to the offensive efforts of Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo's troops round after round, leading to a 12-3 scoreline at the break. G2 were unrelenting as they kept the pressure up on the T-side, leaving MIBR no room for a comeback as four final rounds brought about an end to the map at 16-3.
