CR4ZY unveil new roster under the wing of Johnta

CR4ZY have unveiled a new Ukranian and Belarussian roster, which will be coached by veteran Ivan "⁠Johnta⁠" Shevtsov.

CR4ZY have been without a team since selling their former roster to the North American organization c0ntact, ranked 20th in the world at the time of the transaction one month ago. Since then, with the help of former HellRaisers and TYLOO coach Johnta, CR4ZY have been grooming a quintet of Belarussian and Ukrainian players that were seen playing under the name Project X.

Johnta has been tasked with leading CR4ZY's new roster

The two Belarussians on the team are former 97club, Nemiga, and Se7en player Igor "⁠dERZKIY⁠" Radosavlevich and former GoodJob and Monolith player Roma "⁠dOBRIY⁠" Rusak. The Ukrainian contingent is made up of the former Windigo Academy duo Serghij "⁠Sergiz⁠" Atamanchuk and Alexandr "⁠Psycho⁠" Zlobin as well as Dmytro "⁠SENSEi⁠" Shvorak.

Since the turn of the year, Project X finished 9-16th in the DreamHack Open Anaheim Europe Open Qualifier, where they lost to KOVA in overtime, and 5-8th in the third CIS Minor Open Qualifier, where they once again lost in overtime, this time to eL'quvet.

It’s the only indicator we have currently and usually you hear names from talents in lower tier. This roster has 5 unknown names and only one player above 1.0 rating so it’s fair to assume they won’t be a serious contender to even tier 3 teams anytime soon. I‘m happy if they prove me otherwise. Calling people on the internet virgin in an esports forum does not make your any more fuckable btw

I don't know the players so I can't really talk about them but I think they are at least in fpl-c, so what they achieve there and the opinion other players have of them is imo more relevant than 20 maps recorded on hltv on irrelevant tourneys or qualifiers. And btw sry about that idk what I was thinking :/

Yeah i see where you are coming from, and generally you’re probably right with that. However these players did not even get through the CIS minor open qualifier so they really got a loooot of work in front of them - It’s fine mate

Yeah true not getting into the Closed Qualifier when even Denis "Decoy" Kostin went through is quite wirrying, but I've seen them take big scalps in Open Qualifiers for other tourneys, and they made it to the Flashpoint Closed Qualifier which shows they at least have some potential.

Why can't you just show some respect and support for our young countrymen players? Do you think that S1mple will be forever in the scene? Don't we (Ukraine) need new generation which could compete with top teams? It is great experience for players. We already saw what happened when Na`Vi oldschools retired and ANGE1's company became irrelevant. Now we don't have a scene in Ukraine, S1mple alone is for sure a big thing, but he cannot be called "a scene" as a single player...
