Chaos remove cam, finalize roster with Xeppaa and leaf

Chaos have announced that they have parted ways with Cameron "⁠cam⁠" Kern and completed their lineup with the additions of Erick "⁠Xeppaa⁠" Bach and Nathan "⁠leaf⁠" Orf.

According to the announcement, cam will temporarily step away from CS:GO to focus on his studies after the team came to the conclusion that "he isn't the right fit" in the wake of their 7th-8th finish at Flashpoint 1.

With the 22-year-old being removed, Chaos had two spots to fill following the departure of Hunter "⁠SicK⁠" Mims, who announced his retirement from the game in April, having only spent one month with the team.

Both of their new additions impressed in the 33rd season of ESEA MDL, where 16-year-old leaf led Rugratz to 5th-6th place with a 1.24 rating, while 19-year-old Xeppaa helped Under 21 finish in the top four, averaging a 1.21 rating over the course of the league.

cam leaves Chaos

The two changes see Chaos continue their struggle with stability. With cam removed from the squad, Joshua "⁠steel⁠" Nissan is now the sole remaining member of the original Ben's Anime Team that got signed to the organization in November 2019. At the beginning of the year, the core of that roster dissolved, with Gage "⁠Infinite⁠" Green, Maxim "⁠wippie⁠" Shepelev, and Ben "⁠ben1337⁠" Smith leaving in short succession.

In late March, one of the trio's replacements, Owen "⁠smooya⁠" Butterfield, was then forced to part ways with Chaos due to the coronavirus pandemic preventing him from sorting out his P1 visa in the United Kingdom and returning to the United States.

they cant even reach where they wanna be if they keep Steel in the roster. The org has aspirations to go to Majors so unless theyre still learning the scene and slowly wanna work their way up to a top org they gotta cut Steel minimum. Realistically they shouldve cut the roster and signed the BOOM roster if they wanted to play at Majors
