KEi steps down from AVEZ active roster

The 19-year-old will take a break in the coming weeks after experiencing symptoms of burnout.

Kamil "⁠KEi⁠" Pietkun temporarily leaves the active roster immediately after the team's unsuccessful campaign in the DreamHack Open Fall closed qualifier.

The Polish side was eliminated in 9th-12th place at the tournament after a win against c0ntact and losses to North and SKADE, with the 19-year-old recording one of his lowest-rated performances of the year there.

KEi will be out of the active roster for weeks

It's unclear who will replace KEi while he is on a break. Sitting on a 1-2 record at the moment, the Polish team is currently competing in ESEA MDL Season 35, where they have no substitutions available at the moment other than the coach, Jędrzej "⁠Bogdan⁠" Rokita.

xd no one is buying Polish players man and i think you never watched how Kei plays through whole match, i don't want to be rude nor hating, but just killing 30+ few months ago is not what makes a player a good player. He is decent yes, but still needs to learn a lot to become the good player. The best players are people that give 1000% to their game before the matches (overall preparation, physical, mental, demos, teamplay, solo is the last one) and as much as possible while playing officials. Kekw I wrote a lot. Although, I still hope he will come back with clear and good mindset and AVEZ will enter that freaking top30 :D

Just to point out I'm not saying KEI is a god of CS or anything. But he's one of the best Polish players under 24 atm. If a good team with a decent IGL & Coach picks him up and trains him well he'll be extremely good in a year or two I reckon.

He has potential to be TOP 20 player in the future, I hope he comesback asap. AVEZ should bench byali, he plays really bad, and take mynio, because such a support player that can frag well would be huge for them, and wait for KEi to comeback.
