The Australian rifler is already in Europe with the rest of the team and will make his debut in less than a week.

Complexity have announced that they have completed the signing of Justin "⁠jks⁠" Savage from 100 Thieves for an undisclosed fee. The Australian star will fill the void created by the departure of Owen "⁠oBo⁠" Schlatter, who decided to return to the United States after spending several months in Europe with the team because of the coronavirus pandemic.

This will be jks' first stint in a non-Australian team after he played for Vox Eminor, Renegades and 100 Thieves during the first six years of his professional career. He spent just 11 months under the latter organisation, which withdrew from Counter-Strike after IEM New York, citing the "ambiguity, vagueness and uncertainty" of the scene during the global health crisis.

jks is officially Complexity's new fifth player

Complexity hope that jks' signing will take the team to new, greater heights after it peaked at No.5 in the world rankings in September prior to oBo's departure. The Australian was named the 15th best player of 2019, making history as the first Australian to feature in an end-of-the-year player ranking.

"I have pretty big shoes to fill, but hopefully once I get to Europe and start playing with the guys, it will be a seamless transition," jks said. "Once we found out that they [100 Thieves] were going to let go of the team, I kind of got the word out. Jason [Lake] hit me up, said he was super interested, and it all happened pretty quickly. I know that if we do the things that we're supposed to do, I think we will be a pretty good team. Winning trophies is my number-one goal."

jks will make his first official appearance for his new team on October 29, when Complexity will take on Vitality in their first match in the BLAST Premier Fall Series. The European team are also slated to compete in IEM Beijing-Haidian (November 6-22) and DreamHack Masters Winter (November 30-December 6) before the end of the year.

I prefer national lineups. It helps create more scenes. Also history has shown us that the are just better. Except from faze in 2017 i cannot think of a time in csgo where the national teams werent the best, and they still are for sure. Like now, these international teams all have HUGE names but most are struggeling, faze,g2,mousesports,complexity for example. Even complexity would be better if they just brought in some danes instead. Grab acor, valde and teach jks some danish.

This year alone G2 was previously the number 1 team in the world, mousesports was number 2, Complexity has been top 5, OG has been top 10 and FaZe has been top 10. Neither of the teams you mentioned was the best at the time they were at their best, expect from faze in 2017 still. Never said they couldnt be good did it? Im obsiously talking about countries that realistically can have a scene. You reading it as "every country on planet earth should do it" is on you only. For countries with little to or no scene can still create a scene closer to home, kazakstan with russians and ukranians for example, like they are doing already. No niko could not have a "bosnian team", a balkan team though could defenitely be really good. Not saying it should happen, simply saing that it could. The reason the danish scens is so big is because there are several teams you can rise to and strive to join if you are up and coming player. Therefore more player come up in denmark. After optic, if mixwell and the other best spanish players stuck around in movistar and improved, made changes instead of giving up. Then perhaps it would have been the start of the growth of the spanish scene. If there are no teams you can rise to join then less players will come out of that nation obviously. Acor, valde blabla. It is an example. Insert any danes basically. sjuush,esetag,bubzkji,acor,valde,kjaerbye whatever. Communication in csgo is key, you cannot pretend that speaking native languages isnt always better. "that will never work", yet another thing you add on your own. So much of your respons is you making up what i mean and responding to that instead of what i actually said.
