All eyes are on OG vs. Complexity
Few could have expected Complexity to be in a position to fight for first place in the group when they entered Group B with Niels Christian "NaToSaphiX" Sillassen standing in for the injured Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke and lost their opening match against FORZE five days ago. Nonetheless, that is where the Benjamin "blameF" Bremer-led team find themselves ahead of the last round of matches after they showcased impressive resilience, taking down SINNERS, G2, and Virtus.pro in three narrow series.

Complexity have yet to face their toughest opponent in the group, however, as they are set to lock horns with an in-form OG squad in a match that could effectively decide which team advances to the playoffs from first place. Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen's men will undoubtedly be favored going into the final round, but an upset is not entirely out of the question after OG looked far from comfortable in their last two matches against FORZE and SINNERS.
In most cases, the victor of the match will secure first place. The only time that doesn't happen is if Complexity beat OG 2-1 and FORZE enter in the three-way tie with a win over SINNERS, which would still see OG lock the top spot due to overall map difference.
The pressure is then on blameF and company to win the all-important match in two maps to guarantee themselves first place and the quarter-final spot no matter what else happens. Meanwhile, FORZE can no longer win the three-way tie for first place and are left to play spoiler to Complexity, and the battle between G2 and Virtus.pro has nothing on the line other than bragging rights and $5,000 in prizemoney.
