The Brazilian squad will travel with Breno "⁠brnz4n⁠" Poletto from the academy team.

MIBR are set to travel to Europe on Thursday ahead of the BLAST Premier Fall Groups later this month, but Ricardo "⁠boltz⁠" Prass will not fly with the rest of the team, at least initially, after testing positive for Covid-19 and spending a day in the hospital.

The 24-year-old is now back at home recovering in isolation, but it is expected that he will not be ready to compete by the time MIBR kick off their BLAST Premier tournament run.

MIBR have decided to call up one of the players from the academy team to substitute boltz, bringing on 18-year-old brnz4n to take his place in the main roster's starting five while the team is in Europe.

Another update coming from the MIBR camp is that Marcelo "⁠chelo⁠" Cespedes will be traveling with the team despite recently suffering a car accident. The 23-year-old is currently recovering and will continue his recovery in Europe to be in shape by September 20, when MIBR will face off against G2 in their opening Group B match.

Coach Alessandro "⁠Apoka⁠" Marcucci added in his statement that MIBR look forward to having boltz back when the team returns to Brazil for the final RMR tournament ahead of the Major.
