SINNERS acquire forsyy, oskar out

The Czech organization sees changes ahead of their 2022 season.

Tomáš "⁠oskar⁠" Šťastný is no longer a part of SINNERS, with the mantle of AWPer being taken by young prospect David "⁠forsyy⁠" Bílý, the organization has announced on Twitter. The 30-year old veteran leaves after more than a year together and is now set to join another European squad on a transfer.

The release of oskar marks the organization's first change in the squad since June 2021 and the first player change since the sniper's arrival in December 2020. forsyy joins SINNERS after a promising stint with Enterprise, ending the year with a 1.16 rating, and now looks to bring his playing career to the next level.

oskar has competed for SINNERS since late 2020

oskar was an important player for the Czech side, averaging a 1.17 rating across his year-long stint with the team, powering them to a few trophies from regional events as well as victories at Shadow League Season 1 and ESEA Premier Season 37 Europe.

SINNERS spent several months in 2021 ranked amongst the top 30 teams, however, inconsistent placements in tournaments would see them drop out of the rankings on several occasions.

"Tomáš "oskar" Šťastný, despite his age, is a player with incredible qualities, who brought to our relatively young team both security in the most important role (sniper) and especially valuable experience that elevated the whole team," reflected SINNERS. "Tomáš received a very good offer from the European team, which he was interested in, and we agreed to negotiate his transfer," they continued.

"David has huge talent and I believe that he will become one of the best CZ/SK AWP players of all while in SINNERS. It was also extremely important for us to acquire a young talent who will be with us in the long run and with whom we will have a chance to qualify for the Major," commented Moritz Straube, CEO of SINNERS Esports in regards to forsyy's singing.

The Czech squad will debut at ESL Challenger League Season 40 Europe, starting on February 1.

Enterprise is a CZSK team and speak Czech/Slovak. Pretty sure they're not planning to go international anytime soon. Also doubt they'd have enough money for acoR anyway. They also already announced they signed NIO (played for eSuba before summer 2021), HLTV just didn't mention it, because it's not important enough outside CZSK
