k1ck return to CS with Bulgarian roster

The Portuguese organization announced the signing of Viktor "⁠v1c7oR⁠" Dyankov's new team.

The home of the best players from Portugal for over a decade, k1ck, announced their comeback to Counter-Strike after a three-year hiatus. The organization's new lineup is a freshly-created Bulgarian mixture headlined by v1c7oR and Teodor "⁠SPELLAN⁠" Nikolov.

The former members of Fiend and MAD Lions are joined by Kostadin "⁠rafftu⁠" Turbinov from FATE, and two newcomers in Slaven "⁠AwaykeN⁠" Lyubenov and Victorio "⁠SAIKY⁠" Goranov who combine for 17 HLTV maps played in total.

v1c7or is back after the disband of Fiend

"This roster has players with such a huge experience in the game mixed with very promising young blood," the organization wrote in the announcement. Pedro Fernandes, the Head of Esports of k1ck's parent company ESE Entertainment, talked more about the organization's return to CS for the first time since their foray into CIS with a Sergey "⁠starix⁠" Ischuk-led squad.

"It's been almost 20 years since we presented our first Counter-Strike team to the world. Nowadays things are completely different in every aspect but the feeling is still the same, so it’s a pleasure to once again be represented in a game that has brought us so many good moments," the Fernandes said. "K1CK and CS:GO have always walked together and I would like to welcome this talented group of players that will continue our saga.“
