The Croat departs the squad after only a month together with the organization.

Filip "⁠DEPRESHN⁠" Jarkić is no longer a part of fnatic Rising, the 19-year-old announced on Twitter. The Croatian AWPer left the organization after a little over a month together, during which time they lifted the trophy at WePlay Academy League Season 5, the first in the team's history.

The young sniper was on a short-term contract with fnatic, but the organization decided against extending the agreement following the conclusion of the academy tournament.

DEPRESHN leaves fnatic Rising after just one tournament

DEPRESHN joined fnatic's academy side in early August to replace Iulian "⁠regali⁠" Harjău who was on the verge of a move to Copenhagen Flames. Alongside new coach Mikael "⁠sheddaN⁠" Mellström, the Croatian marksman helped fnatic Rising claim the top spot in Group A at WePlay Academy League Season 5 before riding the upper bracket all the way to the final against Spirit Academy.

The European mix swept the Russian squad to become champions, the first team to claim the honor other than MOUZ NXT after the four-time champions failed to make it out of the group stage.

DEPRESHN left the event with a 1.06 rating, with his best performance coming in the semi-final against BIG Academy where he recorded a 1.42 rating to power fnatic Rising to the final over the Germans.

Fnatic rising is definitely an upgrade from Mouz NXT . The old NXT roster is all but disbanded and new guys are fplc unknown players meanwhile Fnatic Rising showed their worth in the last season AND have 2 guys who played in Tier 1 CS before , albeit just as standins . Sure still an academy team but it's now the best academy team

Usualy when things happen this fast there is a problem between players and the org. If they didn't want to extend his contract, either he was hard for players to work with or he wanted a bigger salary which wasn't possible.
