BLAST Premier Fall Final to run on pre-update CS:GO version
The recent changes to CS:GO will not be in effect at the Copenhagen event.
The upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Final will be played on an older CS:GO version dating back to before Friday's update of the game, which brought Anubis into the map pool in lieu of Dust2 and nerfed the M4A1-S and the AWP.
BLAST's Chief Innovation Officer, Nicolas Estrup, has confirmed this to HLTV.org: "We will not be using the new update for Fall Final, no," he said.

The Fall Final kicks off just five days following the latest CS:GO update, running from November 23-27 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The event culminating inside the Royal Arena on the weekend has names such as Natus Vincere, FaZe, G2, and Liquid in attendance and $425,000 on offer.

Before the year closes, BLAST will also host the BLAST Premier World Final on December 14-18 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
It remains to be seen whether the new update will be in effect at the $1,000,000 competition, or if the first time the new changes will be played in a top tournament will have to wait for 2023.
