AGO part ways with quartet in major reconstruction of CS:GO division
The Polish organisation bids farewell to four of its players after falling down to No. 71 on the world ranking.
AGO have said goodbye to Eryk "leman" Kocęba, Michał "snatchie" Rudzki, Tomasz "phr" Wójcik, and substitute Miłosz "sh3nanigan" Klimczak, stripping the Polish ensemble down to just two active members in the process.
The four players all depart the organisation after differing lengths of service to "The Hawks", with leman notably now exploring the market as a free agent for the first time in over three years.

AGO originally bolstered their ranks in August 2022, signing the trio of snatchie, phr, and Grzegorz "jedqr" Jędras, whilst completing the roster with leman, who returned to the active lineup after a monthlong spell on the bench.
The squad's form failed to produce tangible results despite the overhaul, however, and the Poles exited the majority of their tournament outings with few positive takeaways.
The Polish quintet finished back-to-back runs through ESL Challenger League in 13-16th and 17-24th place, respectively, with just one win over Falcons to boast about in their most recent showing. This is in stark contrast to the organisation's previous roster, which was able to earn an ESL Pro League Season 15 berth on the back of a first-place triumph in ESEA Premier Season 38.
In addition, AGO's appearances at other online cups were little to write home about, crashing out of CCT North Europe Series 2 and CCT Central Europe Series 3 in 9-1th and 17-19th place. AGO also struggled domestically and exited the ESL Polish Autumn Championship 2022, Poland's national league and a ticket to the recently started IEM Katowice Play-In, in fourth place with a loss to PACT.
"We have terminated the contracts of four players by mutual agreement," AGO said to HLTV.org. "This is part of the process of a major reconstruction of the CS:GO division. This rebuilding will also affect the management structures, but we will keep you posted on this.
"Our organization has always achieved the best results working with talented young people hungry for success, and we believe in having such players available in Poland."
AGO now have just two players on their books:
Miłosz 'sh3nanigan' Klimczak
