Apeks to part ways with Polly, mithR to help main team out
The second team skipper will be used as an extra resource for the main team.
Apeks have announced that they will not be renewing Pål "Polly" Kammen's contract after it expires at the end of June, citing that the team has not performed to expectation or garnered sufficiently good results. This will put an end to a four-year partnership with the Norwegian coach.
Now the 49th team in the world, Apeks has struggled in the depths of open qualifiers and second tier leagues, with the top result coming in the form of a spot at the RMR.

Apeks Rebels coach Torbjørn "mithR" Nyborg will be added as a resource for Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński as Martin "STYKO" Styk and company go into a crucial part of the season, the Major cycle, where they have a chance to actualize the organization's long-term goal of reaching the actual Major itself.
Among mithR's new tasks will be optimizing gameplay and the team's playbook, having individual sessions with the players, and helping prepare for the all-important upcoming RMR in early April.
Until his contract is up, Polly will be working on other projects within Apeks and doing analytical work.
Apeks is:
Martin "STYKO" Styk
Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad
Tim "nawwk" Jonasson
Justinas "jL" Lekavicius
Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski
Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński (coach)
