ENCE receive Hussar Cup invite

Eetu "⁠sAw⁠" Saha's team will tackle the eight-team event starting on August 30.

Good Game League has announced ENCE as their second invite for their upcoming Hussar Cup 2023 event. The European mix will tackle the $1,000,000 tournament shortly before the start of their ESL Pro League Season 17 campaign.

ENCE are the second squad to be invited to the Polish event, joining local heroes 9INE on the team list. The organizers will announce four more invites ahead of the tournament's start, with two additional entries joining the event's roster from the European qualifiers.

Marco "⁠Snappi⁠" Pfeiffer and company closed their spring season on a high note after a championship run at IEM Dallas and a runners-up finish at ESL Challenger Katowice. These results have propelled the European mix to a No. 5 spot in the wolrd ranking and proved the effectiveness of their newest signing, Guy "⁠NertZ⁠" Iluz.

The Hussar Cup is set to go live between August 30-September 3 in Chorzów, Poland, a city on the periphery of Katowice. The event is scheduled to be played on Counter-Strike 2, and will host eight teams in the Silesian Stadium, all competing for a $1,000,000 prize pool.

Call it what you want , they got invited only cause of 1 pole in team, dont hide behind a leaf. But at least this time its an actual top tier competitive team, so im 100% fine.

Yeah but their group starts like 6th/7th? So i don't believe they will do good on both of these events.You have to choose anyway.One will come tired if they focus on hussar(do maybe semis) and next to have to travel to Malta do a mediaday and rest and practice.I don't see anyone who could jump on the tournaments meanwhile not losing energy.They will prob focus on EPL and play Hussar showing no effort just to get money.

Faze,Vita,Heroic won't play coz of schedule with EPL.Navi can but i dont think they will play 2 tournaments in like 2 weeks.G2 can show up but i dont expect them playing their 80% on that tournament-even if u lose in group stage don't care coz u got money.
