Ninjas in Pyjamas's search for an in-game leader is nearing its end, as they are on the verge of securing the services of Alejandro "⁠alex⁠" Masanet from Movistar Riders to take over the position left vacant after the team's previous IGL, Hampus "⁠hampus⁠" Poser, was benched.

Ninjas in Pyjamas have recently been undergoing changes in management with Björn "⁠THREAT⁠" Pers returning as a General Manager, and will hope that the Spaniard can provide a breath of fresh air for a side that has been steadily dropping in the ranking all the way to 27th in the world, where they currently stand.

THREAT reveals IGL signing is "in the pipeline" for Ninjas in Pyjamas

alex missed the deadline to play at the CS Asia Championships and will not be alongside his new teammates at the event in Shanghai, China, on November 9, but he will be available for the BLAST Premier Fall Final starting on November 22.
