The Norwegian is the first ex-BLEED player to find a new home.

jkaem will replace KWERTZZ on the roster

Joakim "⁠jkaem⁠" Myrbostad has signed for BC.Game and will replace Simon "⁠KWERTZZ⁠" Horák on the lineup.

The squad, coached by Ladislav "⁠GuardiaN⁠" Kovács, is still looking for a permanent new AWPer to complete the roster and the Slovak legend will fill in until one is found.

jkaem and Aleksandar "⁠CacaNito⁠" Kjulukoski played 207 maps with Apeks together at the end of CS:GO, and will now re-unite.

Former BLEED squad part ways*

jkaem is the first member of UNPAID to transfer to a different organization after the ex-BLEED squad parted ways on October 26.

The team had split from the BLEED organization following accusations of late and non-payments, among other claims.

Imo nawwk was one of the best T2 awpers. He justhas struggled with fitting into a new team which happens a lot of players. Look at IM when he joined navi now he’s doing great after enough time

I think his time in CS is quite unfortunate in that regard, I really see him as one of the best roleplayers and team players in the world. And he has shown great stats even against the very best, every time. He's quite consistent, I am not aware of any problems with him in terms of relationships within a team, sounds like a very level headed guy. Maybe he doesn't want to travel much so he settles for lower tier teams and online cups? In game he almost never makes mistakes, everything he does makes sense in a sense of what team was attempting to do. jkaem is in my eyes probably the most underrated player in the scene. I got no doubts that he could hold his own on a top 5 team

Very good take. Agree with everything you said and have always thought that too. Post 100 thieves I wish he'd gotten a shot in top 15 team where he could have shown how good he was at bigger tournaments.

He plays similar to players like Xertion. Yes he isn't the guy who gets to trade every time but he gets a lot of freedom to get his entry in his own time. We see more skilled players making this role look like star role against better teams. Dont get me wrong i rate him as player, but i think he is maybe slightly overrated these days tbh, there is a lot of talent in his roles who have way more potential

Would you pick a potential to be a tad better or a well established player who knows protocols and is a cool level headed guy and never ever makes mistakes? xertion took several years in the best academy in the world to become what he is... jkaem is slightly worse than a guy that's widely regarded as one of the best in that role. The way you compare players is to an average, not to the top. jkaem will deliver more than average and he will deliver more than most do and requires no training to do it and is a low risk factor. Hiring a 15yo kid, hoping he doesn't become a drug addict by the time he spends 3 years in your academy team, paying him decent salary to do that as well as paying an entire machine surrounding that academy to make it work - it's a lot of work and there's a very high risk. Most players aren't good, some are promising but are respectfully idiots as people and they get carried away by stupid stuff. jkaem is a low risk for a very good output. Never said he's the best in his role but he's stable and he gives good output. That's why I am finding all this odd

I compared them cos of the roles, not the skill. Although jkaem has been around for time, way more experienced than xertion. I’m not disagreeing that jkaem is a solid player. I just don’t think he should be seen as a typical role player, because his job is to just get impact frags and he has freedom to find them. He is above avg player for sure, but he won’t get better, and my main point is that his role isn’t bad for stats at all

describing roles in CS is hard, I never said his role is bad, I just described him as role player because he plays within confinements of the team. It's very rare that his plays do not make sense He's not a star but whatever you describe his role, he has been so stable at it for so many years which is quite impressive. And I think it's stable and enough to be that 4-th player in a top 5 team, kind of how his countryman Rain is.

I know what you mean but typically when ppl say role player it’s cos they are implying that the players role hinders their stats, and I feel like that is not true for jkaem. I think rain is a very different case, as he has changed roles and spots a lot compared to jkaem who has been in The same Role since renegades I think. Atleast on CT they are very different

Yeah spots will always be different but roles are kinda the same. Like I don’t see jkaem being able to anchor like rain on b. Otherwise I don’t think he would be playing in these tier 2 teams all the time just so he can play his role but who am I to say.
