JANO sign Airax and jelo; Twista returns as coach
The Finnish coach is back for a second spell after guiding Chinese side Rare Atom.

JANO have completed the signing of Jussi "Airax" Airaksinen and Joel "Jelo" Lentonen, the Finnish organization announced Monday. The pair will fill the slots left vacant by the departures of Sami "xseveN" Laasanen and Juho "juho" Lampinen.
The Finnish team recently attended Elisa Masters Espoo, where they managed to beat Ninjas in Pyjamas in Group A's elimination match before losing to B8 in the decider stage.

Airax, who takes over as in-game leader, had been on the lookout for a new team since August after being released by HAVU.
Jelo is no stranger to JANO, having played under the organization's banner for a year between 2023 and 2024. He went on to join HAVU, with whom he placed third at Elisa Esports eSM, the LAN qualifier for Masters Espoo.
"The first week of practice has felt great with this team," Airax said in a statement. "It’s a different experience for me – there’s more initiative and clarity than I’m used to.
"For example, allu’s calls come in strong, which is something I’m getting accustomed to. Overall, the atmosphere is excellent."
Meanwhile, JANO have announced the return of head coach Slaava "Twista" Räsänen. The former ENCE coach, 37, had been out of a job since April, when Rare Atom's European contingent left the Chinese organization.
With these changes, JANO are now:
Aleksi "allu" Jalli
Henri "HENU" Ylilehto
Jani "Aerial" Jussila
Jussi "Airax" Airaksinen
Joel "Jelo" Lentonen
Slaava "Twista" Räsänen (coach)
