Lynn Vision send Alter Ego packing from Asia RMR

Alter Ego have cemented themselves as the first casualty of the Shanghai Major RMRs.

Lynn Vision have come out victorious in their elimination match versus Alter Ego, prevailing over Hansel "⁠BnTeT⁠" Ferdinand's men with a 2-1 series scoreline.

Lynn Vision and Alter Ego had been shipped off to the lower bracket of the double-elimination event after enduring losses to DRILLAS and The MongolZ, respectively.

While the members of Alter Ego lament their early exit from Shanghai, Lynn Vision will need to prepare for their next match in short order, with the team slated to play against the loser of Rare Atom versus TALON on day three of the event.

Neither side was able to establish a firm lead on their map picks, resulting in Alter Ego and Lynn Vision trading their respective selections of Ancient and Dust2, leaving the series to be decided on the Nuke decider.

On Nuke, Lynn Vision hit the ground running, posting a stellar CT-side to quickly piece together a 9-3 lead. The Chinese squad followed up their first-half performance with the second-half pistol, giving them the fuel they needed to quickly close out the map 13-4, and the series 2-1.
