The Russian squad is heading into the off-season with two players on the market.

9 Pandas will listen to offers for the two benched players

9 Pandas are making changes after failing to make it through the Perfect World Shanghai Major Europe RMR, where they beat Astralis and Aurora but fell to G2, Virtus.pro and Ninjas in Pyjamas to finish in 9-11th place.

The two affected players are Aleksandr "⁠glowiing⁠" Matsievich and Artem "⁠iDISBALANCE⁠" Egorov, who have been moved to the inactive roster and placed on the transfer list. The duo were two of longest-standing players on the team after a year and seven months on the team.

The two players were brought on in a restructuring of the squad by former 9 Pandas coach Andrey "⁠Xoma⁠" Mironenko in 2023, and the only member of the team with a longer tenure is Daniil "⁠d1Ledez⁠" Kustov, who joined the pandas in 2022.

glowiing and iDISBALANCE's most significant achievements in 9 Pandas were winning PARI Please 2023, where they beat BetBoom, MIBR, FURIA, and Eternal Fire, and qualifying for the PGL Copenhagen Major. Sadly, the team had to withdraw from the tournament last minute due to visa issues, and the two did not get to debut at a Major.

Gr1ks is definitely that teams only shining light, but aurora might bring him up of deko really retires like people have been speculating, or perhaps just get rid of deko entirely if they think they can get more money by selling him and bring in gr1ks as replacement.

he was a decent IGL when they still had r3salt, probably because of the huge firepower advantage. his calls right now with 3 supportive players (lack1,clax,himself) is not impressive at all

One is decent, but old player without much potential left, and the second is pretty bad AWPer who struggle to put numbers in tier2. No one will buy them sadly.

As much as i dislike the move here, theyve suddenly shifted from an older team, to a much younger roster. If they pick up 2 other young guns, they suddenly have a very young team, with 3 heavily experienced players despite their age. I feel like this is a good long term move, though short term, it might not have been the right play. We'll see who they pick up as replacements, but if they bring in a young IGL, and a decent enough awper, this is for sure a major attending roster.

They were both doing fine but have struggled since Seized and Xoma left (iDISBALANCE more than glowiing) this move was bound to be made at some point. It’s a real shame that they never got to a major despite qualifying for one

I was a fan of glowiing, but he played absolutely terrible in the RMR's. He's the reason why they couldn't close out on Ancient against NIP. Good riddance along with Idisbalance. I hope 9Ps can make it to the majors next year so I can finally get their stickers!
