peacemaker to coach Bad News Eagles

The journeyman coach will stand behind the Kosovar squad.

The Eagles have a new skipper

Bad News Eagles has announced the signing of 36-year-old coach Luis "⁠peacemaker⁠" Tadeu, known for his time in a wealth of teams including HEROIC, NRG, Liquid, Complexity, and Imperial.

Klesti "⁠stikle-⁠" Kola, Bad News Eagles' coach in 2022 when they took the world by storm at the PGL Antwerp Major RMR, was originally asked to take the reins in the reunion, but had already committed to another organization.

Bad News Eagles therefore return to a foreign coach with the inclusion of the Brazilian skipper,something they did in 2023 when Jonatan "⁠Devilwalk⁠" Lundberg was brought on to replace stikle-.

This marks peacemaker's return to activity after a lengthy hiatus dating back to 2023, when he joined TeamOne at the beginning of the year but parted ways with the team after two months on the job.

So no one is paying him as salary. In fact, no one in the team is even earning a salary. Guess they'll depend solely on prize pools and that sort of thing. Because the Kosovar people are ethnically Albanian. They speak Albanian and consider themselves simply Albanian. "Kosovo" is just the name of the Albanian territory they inhabit. There even have been ideas of reunification of Kosovo with the country of Albania (forming a sort of Great Albania), but for numerous political reasons that is not viable currently. Still, you could say Kosovo is part of a ethnic/linguistic region called "Greater Albania", which would encompass Albania, Kosovo and the other Albanian-speaking regions in the Balkans, all which have some historical tie to Albania or even have been part of the Albanian polity in the past.
